EOG WorkRunning a ticket

Every load follows the same eight steps. The colored badge at the top of your ticket tells you where you are — match it to the badge on this page and you'll know what to tap next.

Clock in first. The home screen shows Shift in Progress at the bottom with your hours worked and hours left. Tap End Shift when you're done for the day — not between loads.

  1. Step 01

    Create the ticket

From the home screen, tap the + in the top right. Fill in:

    • Pickup Location * — type two or three letters and pick from the list. Closest locations show first, with mileage.
    • Department * — Completions, Flowback, or Production.
    • Vendor — already set to Titan. Leave it.
    • Vendor Ticket # * — your Titan ticket number.
    • Truck Number *, Trailer Number *, Truck Type *

    Tap Create Job.

A red * means required. The button stays gray until every one is filled in.

  2. Step 02

    Start the ticket Assigned

The app hands you a ticket number (#IW-000…). Check the Vehicle Details are right — this is the easiest place to fix a wrong truck or trailer.

    Tap Start Ticket.

  3. Step 03

    Start the pickup Job Started

Your Time Elapsed clock is now running. When you're on location and ready to load, tap Start Pickup.

  4. Step 04

Load and end the pickup Pickup Started

    • Product * — e.g. Produced, Water.
    • Barrels Volume * — number keypad, barrels only.
    • Has Issues — flip it on only if something went wrong. It then requires a comment.
    • Reroute Ticket — flip it on to search for a different destination for this load.

    Tap End Pickup.

  5. Step 05

    Check the load Pickup Ended

A Pickup Completed summary shows your barrels and your load start and end times. Give it a look, then head out and tap Start Dropoff.

  6. Step 06

Dump and end the dropoff Dropoff Started

    • Is this a disposal job? — turn it on for an SWD. A Disposal Ticket # field appears; enter the number off the disposal ticket.
    • Dropoff Location * — search and select, nearest first.
    • Dropoff Comments — optional.

    Tap End Dropoff.

  7. Step 07

    Review before you submit

The Review & Edit Before Submitting screen lists the whole ticket — locations, times, truck, product, barrels, disposal ticket — and every field is still editable here.

This is your last chance to fix a number. Read it, then tap Submit.

  8. Step 08

    Done Driver Submitted

You'll see Ticket Completed with the final numbers. Tap Export Ticket if you need a copy to send, or Close to go back. Your Completed count on the home screen goes up by one.

Quick answers

The button is gray and won't tap.

A required field above it is empty. Scroll up and look for the red asterisks.

I typed the wrong barrels.

Fix it on the Review & Edit screen before you hit Submit. After Submit, call your yard.

I can't find my location.

The list is sorted nearest first and holds hundreds of sites. Type fewer letters, not more.

Where am I in the ticket?

Look at the colored badge next to the location name at the top, then find that badge on this page.
